Partners, Chef Rick Simek and Chef Donald Rudder met each other in 1983 at Silver Dollar City (now Dollywood) where they performed together as musicians for two years, and have been friends ever since. Now, they are bringing Knoxville great ingredients and fresh flavors from around the country and world, and serving them on delicious, soft, crusty bread!
