If you are taking part in Knoxville’s largest Thanksgiving Day road race, the Regal Turkey Trot celebrates its 41st year, running through downtown Knoxville and finishing at the Mill and Mine, stop in for coffee or bar service. The Regal Turkey Trot is an annual tradition for so many families and friends!
